Netrada, a leading online fashion service provider, wanted to build a demo site to showcase the possibilities of a new ATG system to potential new clients.

Netrada contracted me to design the user experience and look and feel of the interface.

Burberry

I work closely with the ecommerce and creative teams gathering requirements to improve and manage the new asset management tool / repository.

I also planned and designed an internal iPad app for staff to use to view and rate all imagery and videos available on the Burberry network.

HSBC

HSBC are creating a comprehensive online mortgage application process, one of the first of its kind in the UK. The full process would empower the user to create a new application, manage that application and later manage the mortgage alongside their HSBC bank account.

At BSkyB I worked on complex ecommerce user journeys and corresponding wireframes for the online sales platform. The assets would then be presented to the relevant stakeholders and once approved I would consult through the development stages till go live.

RM Ltd was involved in a joint venture to develop software which will take the whole exam authoring and editing, and delivery process online.

I created wireframes, user journeys and sitemaps. These were used to create and support the functional specification.
